if there is no major postprocessing here, this is a great capture
composition isnt following classic rules but it isnt a problem here, and i think the picture overall is quite good, i can see this on my wall without trouble
good job

one small thing : either you posted picture in a wrong format or dimension ( 715* max) either your frame is really weird

Very good exposure!....beautiful sun rays!
It looks like you have to resize it down to 716 pixels wide.

I just wanna say, that it is not retouched or photoshoped, thats actually the way it looked, and again I took this picture while driving through the country, without many chances to stop I had to take my pictures while moving....
