I know this photo The lips look great, the nose is larger on one side, and her eyes don't seem to be looking in the same direction. I see a lot of similarities, very nice work on the hair!

She is just beautiful. I have to really concentrate on not stalking her. As for your render. I really dig those eyes. They look amazing. I would apply the same amound of energy towards your skin shading. I know its not as fun as the eyes, but if you cut corners, they will tell on you!
